We have been having issues with temperature control and Control4 stepped in and helped resolved the situation. I have emails of having to contact the dealer at least three times to get a response.
I’ve changed cell carriers and I emailed about a month ago and my account is still not updated (so I’m not synced up with the doorbell feature).
It takes months to resolve minor issues. We are thinking of reinstall our whole house with another system so that we can have better control.
