Control4 - Poor and non service providers

I spent 30k plus to install Control 4 - now upgrades are a fortune and since I live in a remote location the service provider wants a small fortune to show up and upgrade. They charge a premium for the equipment and some $500 per hour to install and update. I kitchen bar light for two months - no support - no service. Never again. You can only use if location has service - otherwise forget it
